If you subscribed via flex.douxds.com, you’re on our new douxds platform. If you subscribed just on douxds.com, you’ll use the Shopify portal. When in doubt, check your original confirmation email or contact our support team for assistance.

Currently, subscriptions on the Shopify platform cannot be transferred to 29 Next. However, you’re welcome to start a new subscription on the douxds platform to access exclusive perks and features.

Not at all! If you decide to switch, you’ll still have access to the same great products, and you’ll also gain access to additional features like easier customization and exclusive perks.

We’re in the process of upgrading to a more customizable and feature-rich platform to enhance your experience. While many new customers are already on this system, existing subscribers on Shopify will continue to use that portal until the transition is complete.
