Sweating like a pro!

Sweating like a pro!

"Sweat ain't nasty"

For years, we blamed sweat for causing body odor, but it isn't the real cause. There is actually good and bad kind of sweat. The bad ones are when we're nervous, anxious, excessive time in the heat, or when we're sick.

So, we'll focus on the good ones! Have you seen an athlete with terrible skin? Usain, MJ, Kobe, LeBron, and Apollos Hester (they had us in the first half, I'm not gonna lie) - what do they have in common? Yes, they got loads of money! But, other than that, they maintained high discipline during training and they sweat, a lot!

Sweating helps our body get rid of toxins and it also boosts our immune system. For our skin, sweat helps hydrate and exfoliate naturally with its contents. It also helps to remove dirt, bacteria, and some impurities. So keep sweating and maintain an active lifestyle.

The next question is, what are we going to do after we sweat? First, we need to cool down. Next, take a quick cold shower. And lastly, don't forget to apply moisturizer to maintain the moisture level on your face and get that glowing look!

Let's go!

P.S. This is an Ad.

WAR - Facial Wash (because there's a war between clean and dirt on our faces)

PRIME - Moisturizer (keeping us at our prime looks)
